President & CEO
Dr. Bill Poellmitz leads company strategy, operations, marketing, and business development for Intelligent Response, LLC. He brings decades of entrepreneurial and technology business experience to the company and focuses on developing practical technology solutions to solve complex operational challenge.
In 1992 Dr. Poellmitz co-founded Cerulean Technology, the company that pioneered wirelessly connected laptops in police cars. Its products were adopted by thousands of agencies across the United States.the company was acquired in 1999 for $150 million.
Sgt. Leith Harrell (ret.)
Sales & Subject Matter Expert
Sergeant Leith Harrell brings almost three decades of frontline law enforcement experience to PatrolGuide™. Throughout his career, he served in patrol leadership, supervision, and training, developing a deep understanding of the challenges officers face every day.
Sgt, Harrell served as a uniformed first responder for more than 20 years, and as a supervisor for 13 years. He recognized his zeal for training early in his career, and is the founder of Prokopton Training and Development, LLC, an organization that provides risk management and human interaction training for public and private sector organizations of all sizes.
